I am a Natural Language Processing enthusiast. I am currently working on the release of a machine learning platform for streaming data and distributed systems, built on Apache Spark.
I have worked primarily as a Research Assistant, while also having been a founding member of an NFT marketplace venture. I have a Bachelor's degree in Computing and Mathematical Science and am currently learning and improving my Natural Language Processing skills.
I am interested in developing chatbots that can evolve from being virtual assistants to being virtual friends. I was inspired by the movie, 'Her' when I was in high school, and with the advent of Large Language Models, my interests turning into reality has become more plausible than ever. I am especially interested in improving the context retention of chatbots to enable them to converse in a more human-like manner. I believe they can be instrumental in enriching our daily lives and mental wellbeing.
